KaratMail Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Karatsoft Teknoloji ("Karatsoft") tarafından geliştirilen KaratMail masaüstü e-posta uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet

KaratMail; Gmail ve Google Workspace hesaplarınızdaki e-postaları, kişileri ve takvimi bilgisayarınızda görüntülemenizi, e-posta göndermenizi, Google Drive dosyaları eklemenizi ve Google Meet toplantıları oluşturmanızı sağlayan bir istemcidir. Uygulama, e-posta hizmetinin kendisini sağlamaz; hesaplarınız ilgili sağlayıcının (Google) koşullarına tabidir.

2. Hesabınız

Uygulamaya bağladığınız hesapların güvenliğinden ve bu hesaplar üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulama, yalnızca sizin verdiğiniz izinlerle ve sizin başlattığınız işlemler için Google hizmetlerine erişir.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı istenmeyen toplu e-posta (spam), dolandırıcılık, kötü amaçlı yazılım dağıtımı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya yasalara aykırı herhangi bir amaçla kullanamazsınız. Google'ın hizmet koşullarına ve politikalarına uymanız gerekir.

4. Gizlilik

Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Verileriniz cihazınızda saklanır ve Karatsoft sunucularına gönderilmez.

5. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Google Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet ve isteğe bağlı Gemini gibi hizmetler ilgili sağlayıcıların koşullarına tabidir. Karatsoft bu hizmetlerin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

KaratMail, açık kaynaklı Mailspring projesine dayanır ve GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3) kapsamında lisanslanır. KaratMail adı ve Karatsoft logoları Karatsoft Teknoloji'ye aittir.

7. Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, açık veya örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez. E-postalarınızın düzenli yedeğini almanız önerilir.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde Karatsoft, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, veri kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Fesih

Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir, hesaplarınızı kaldırabilir ve Google erişimini myaccount.google.com/permissions adresinden geri alabilirsiniz.

10. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

KaratMail Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KaratMail (the "App"), a desktop email application developed by Karatsoft Teknoloji ("Karatsoft"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The service

KaratMail is a client that lets you view email, contacts and calendars from your Gmail and Google Workspace accounts on your computer, send email, insert Google Drive files and create Google Meet meetings. The App does not provide the email service itself; your accounts remain subject to the provider's (Google's) terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of the accounts you connect and for actions taken through them. The App accesses Google services only with the permissions you grant and only for actions you initiate.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unsolicited bulk email (spam), fraud, distributing malware, infringing others' rights or any unlawful purpose. You must comply with Google's terms of service and policies.

4. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is stored on your device and is not sent to Karatsoft servers.

5. Third-party services

Services such as Google Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet and the optional Gemini are subject to their providers' terms. Karatsoft does not guarantee that these services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Intellectual property

KaratMail is based on the open-source Mailspring project and is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3). The KaratMail name and Karatsoft logos belong to Karatsoft Teknoloji.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranties are given. We recommend keeping regular backups of your email.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karatsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time, remove your accounts and revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
