KaratMail Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Karatsoft Teknoloji ("Karatsoft", "biz") tarafından geliştirilen KaratMail masaüstü e-posta uygulamasının ("Uygulama") verilerinizi nasıl eriştiğini, kullandığını, sakladığını ve paylaştığını açıklar.

1. Eriştiğimiz veriler

Google hesabınızla oturum açtığınızda Uygulama, Google OAuth ile aşağıdaki izinleri ister:

• Gmail (https://mail.google.com/): e-postalarınız, klasör/etiketleriniz ve ekleriniz; e-posta okumak, göndermek, taşımak ve silmek için.
• Gmail ayarları (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic): Gmail filtreleriniz ve imzalarınız; bunları Ayarlar bölümünde göstermek, sizin isteğinizle filtre oluşturmak veya silmek ve imzalarınızı içe aktarmak için.
• Kişiler (Google People API): kişi adları ve e-posta adresleri; alıcı otomatik tamamlama ve kişi listesi için.
• Takvim (Google Calendar / CalDAV): takvim etkinlikleri; takvimi göstermek ve sizin isteğinizle Google Meet bağlantılı etkinlik oluşturmak için.
• Google Drive: Drive dosya listesi ve sizin seçtiğiniz dosyaların içeriği; dosyayı e-postaya bağlantı veya ek olarak eklemek ve sizin isteğinizle paylaşım iznini (alıcılar veya bağlantıya sahip herkes görüntüleyebilir) ayarlamak için.
• Temel profil bilgileri: ad ve e-posta adresi; hesabı tanımlamak için.

2. Verileri nasıl kullanırız

Google'dan alınan veriler yalnızca Uygulama içinde size görünen özellikleri sağlamak için kullanılır: e-postaları görüntülemek ve göndermek, kişileri ve takvimi göstermek, Drive dosyası eklemek ve Meet toplantısı oluşturmak. Verileriniz reklam, profil çıkarma, kredi değerlendirmesi veya yapay zeka modeli eğitimi için kullanılmaz.

3. Verilerin saklanması

E-postalarınız, kişileriniz ve takviminiz yalnızca kendi bilgisayarınızda, Uygulamanın yerel veritabanında saklanır. OAuth erişim belirteçleri işletim sisteminin güvenli depolama altyapısıyla şifrelenerek cihazınızda tutulur. Karatsoft bu verileri kendi sunucularına göndermez, saklamaz ve göremez. Uygulamayı veya hesabı kaldırdığınızda yerel veriler silinir.

4. Verilerin paylaşılması

Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Uygulama yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için doğrudan Google sunucularıyla (Gmail, People, Calendar, Drive API'leri) iletişim kurar. Bir Drive dosyasını paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde, paylaşım izni sizin seçtiğiniz kişiler için Google Drive'da ayarlanır.

5. İsteğe bağlı yapay zeka özellikleri

Uygulama, isteğe bağlı olarak Google Gemini ile metin yazma, çeviri ve özetleme sunar. Bu özellik yalnızca kendi Gemini API anahtarınızı girdiğinizde ve ilgili düğmeye bastığınızda çalışır; o anda seçilen metin doğrudan Google Gemini API'ye gönderilir. Google Workspace API'lerinden alınan veriler genelleştirilmiş yapay zeka/makine öğrenimi modellerini geliştirmek veya eğitmek için kullanılmaz.

6. Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası

KaratMail'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gereksinimleri dahil olmak üzere Google API Services User Data Policy'ye uygundur.

7. Erişimi geri alma ve verileri silme

• Hesabı Uygulamadan kaldırarak (Ayarlar → Hesaplar) yerel verileri silebilirsiniz.
• KaratMail'in Google hesabınıza erişimini istediğiniz zaman myaccount.google.com/permissions adresinden geri alabilirsiniz.

8. Güvenlik

Google ile tüm iletişim TLS ile şifrelenir. Kimlik bilgileri cihazınızda şifreli saklanır.

9. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

KaratMail Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KaratMail (the "App"), a desktop email application developed by Karatsoft Teknoloji ("Karatsoft", "we"), accesses, uses, stores and shares your data.

1. Data we access

When you sign in with your Google account, the App requests the following permissions through Google OAuth:

• Gmail (https://mail.google.com/): your email, folders/labels and attachments, to read, send, move and delete email.
• Gmail settings (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic): your Gmail filters and signatures, to show them in Settings, to create or delete filters at your request and to import your signatures.
• Contacts (Google People API): contact names and email addresses, for recipient autocomplete and the contact list.
• Calendar (Google Calendar / CalDAV): calendar events, to show your calendar and, at your request, create events with a Google Meet link.
• Google Drive: your Drive file list and the content of files you select, to insert a file into an email as a link or attachment and, at your request, set its sharing (recipients, or anyone with the link, can view).
• Basic profile: name and email address, to identify the account.

2. How we use data

Data received from Google is used only to provide user-facing features inside the App: viewing and sending email, showing contacts and calendar, inserting Drive files and creating Meet meetings. Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit assessment or training AI models.

3. Storage

Your email, contacts and calendar are stored only on your own computer, in the App's local database. OAuth tokens are kept on your device, encrypted with the operating system's secure storage. Karatsoft does not send this data to its servers, does not store it and cannot see it. Removing the App or the account deletes the local data.

4. Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties. The App communicates directly and only with Google servers (Gmail, People, Calendar and Drive APIs) to provide the service. When you choose to share a Drive file, the permission is set in Google Drive for the people you choose.

5. Optional AI features

The App optionally offers writing, translation and summarization with Google Gemini. It only runs when you enter your own Gemini API key and press the corresponding button; the selected text is then sent directly to the Google Gemini API. Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI/ML models.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

KaratMail's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

• Remove the account in the App (Settings → Accounts) to delete its local data.
• You can revoke KaratMail's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Security

All communication with Google is encrypted with TLS. Credentials are stored encrypted on your device.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
